- For MMS event registrations, no physical product will be shipped.
- For store products, shipping details (carrier, tracking) will be provided within 3 business days.
- Delivery timelines for store products may vary from 5–10 business days depending on location.

Cancellation Policy
- Event registrations for MMS are non-cancellable and non-refundable once completed.
- Store orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at sales@gomorphine.com.
- After 24 hours, cancellations may not be accepted as orders are processed.
Refund Policy
- Registration fees for MMS events are non-refundable.
- For store purchases, refunds are only applicable for defective or damaged products.
- Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product by contacting sales@gomorphine.com or calling 8460706779.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
Terms and Conditions
- By registering for the MMS event or purchasing from our store, users agree to provide accurate information.
- All payments must be made in full before registration confirmation or product dispatch.
- We reserve the right to modify event rules, dates, or pricing with prior notice.
- Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Gandhinagar, India.
